With that in mind, S.E.A.T.S Farm started. With the rapid economic development of Cambodia in recent years, the categories of industry and service are growing on a GDP basis, and the proportion of agriculture is decreasing year by year.
As that number proves, people's lifestyles are changing dramatically, especially in urban areas where they benefit from economic growth. On the other hand, rural people live almost the same as 10 or 20 years ago, and most belong to the agricultural industry.
We believe we can enrich the people involved in agriculture, physically and mentally, by creating employment through sustainable business in the agricultural field — one of the country's core industries. We recognize that activities utilizing the strengths of both Cambodia and Japan are the most important, and that is our value.
We will realize our wishes by producing products from Cambodia that will be recognized as good in Japan and worldwide.
